Fees are 30-90 dollars a month, depending upon age and number of family members that are also members of the practice.
If we need to do labs in office or procedures- you will be told the EXACT COST BEFOREHAND, most extra services are $5 or less.
There are discounts for more than 1 member of the family joining our practice!
